My journey into this work started with my own. When I discovered energy work, something shifted. I began to understand that healing moves through all the layers of who we are, not just the body. I was lucky early on to find teachers who saw it the same way, and that changed everything about how I practice.

What ignites me and fuels my fire is helping anyone who's ready to step into their power and live with less pain, more ease, more vitality, and deeper self-trust.

I believe we each have the power within us to heal and grow. Your journey starts with your body. And your body has everything it needs inside.

I draw from clinical technique, intuitive energy work, and everything in between, not from a script, but from what I sense you need in that moment. Every session is different because every person is different.
